Thank you, Fearless Leader
During this month of Thanksgiving, I'm especially grateful for those fearless leaders and changemakers who are willing to challenge their own bias and assumptions to make work better for all.
In fact, inspired by you, I recently updated my mission statement to:
"Partnering with fearless leaders to advance culture change"
I partner with fearless leaders because they:
are not afraid to challenge the organizational norms that aren't working
are courageous enough to push outside their own comfort zone
are humble enough to consider different perspectives
understand that leadership is a privilege, and
help prioritize positive and healthy culture as a business imperative rather than an afterthought
