1. The Assessment

The critical first step is to understand how people see you. This proprietary assessment will provide you with objective ratings based on science-packed leadership behaviors proven to enhance or undermine inclusion.

2. Honest Reflection

Next, you will have a safe facilitated way to reflect on your leadership capabilities through a one-on-one coaching session reviewing your results from the assessment to understand exactly how inclusion and exclusion are showing up in your leadership with your team.

3. Team Retreat

The work of inclusive leadership is difficult and is not meant to journey alone. At the retreat, you will further unpack your results, learn from others’ real-life experiences, and create a plan of action.

4. Action Plan

Participate in a structured debrief with a professional coach to clarify your direction, and get customized feedback and accountability to ensure your plan will produce true inclusivity.

5. Implementation

The last step in your year-long program is to make your plan a real-life success. You will present your plan for cultivating inclusion, benefit from facilitated discussions and expert input to help you finalize and implement your plan!
